Why me

Questions
How is this different from hiring an agency?
An agency does the work. I decide which work is worth doing, then direct whoever does it — your team, freelancers or an agency.
Do I need a team already?
No. If it's just you, I'll plan around the time you actually have and tell you what's worth handing off.
Which level do I need?
"Not sure yet" is a fine answer on the application. I'll recommend one after I read it.
What if it isn't working?
After the first three months it's month to month. You're never locked in beyond that.
